Let the script become usable production data
Script imports can help build the Character Scene Breakdown, props list, costume list, running order structure, and revision record so the show starts with source material that can actually support the work.
Give the day one shared operating surface
Schedules, reports, Daily Calls, contacts, documents, tasks, and notes are closer together because stage-management decisions rarely stay inside one category.
Move setup work in batches
Contact sheet imports, automatic group creation from uploaded contact files, bulk notification controls, leave requests, availability checks, supported offline work, and profile-level language preferences reduce the setup work that usually eats a stage manager's afternoon.
Respect international rooms
BackstageOS language support is in beta for English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Italian, German, Polish, Mandarin Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, Cantonese (Traditional Chinese, Hong Kong), Korean, French, and Vietnamese. Each teammate can use system screens and generated surfaces in their preferred language while show names, notes, report bodies, uploaded files, and other team-authored content stay as written.
